The PDP Ebonyi State Governor Chief David Umahi has donated several exotic Toyota SUV to lawmakers in the state .A Governor who ironically owes workers salaries and pensions for over 5 months has decided to make he lawmakers happy than the civil servant in the state. The city of Ebonyi which lack all modern infrastructures and good roads didn't get the attention of the Governor.
