Permit me to stand on the existing political protocols to talk to my Governor, His Excellency Mr. Yahaya Bello Adoiza. Sir, let me tag this talk as YAHAYABELLOPAGE. The reason for this talk is because you are in charge of affairs as far as our government in Kogi State is concerned today and to know that government is a continuous process. Sir, The democracy we thought would not work as at 1999 has become a true Democracy in deed. However, I still see it as a system of government by the whole population or all the eligible members of a State, typically through elected or selected Representatives. It is further seen as a government by the people ; especially rule of the majority. A government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of representation usually involving periodically free elections. Based on the above background, it should be in White and Black that we the people have the biggest powers to change and undo the change so made by us if we are dissatisfied with your stewardship. On worker's salaries, Sir I put to you a demand to simply do a State Broadcast on the situation of things in Kogi State. What are the reasons for the existence of No Salary even before your assumption of office. I need my village members to know the reason why we a not paid because they no longer trust some of our explanations concerning monthly salary. The sure expectation of any human working in any government institution. Your Excellency, for the sake of the relationship that exists between a Leader and  the ruled, please for many of us to be happy, tell us why this government has failed in the payment of simple salary. We are the population and the supreme group that needs this explanation.
